I am leaving Leet Coders for several reasons, one of them simply being the mature state of the community. Mature and immature people is what makes a successful or unsuccessful website. At the moment we have a lot of immature members that state the website is failing because of one person leaving, this person being AeonHack. If any of you bothered to learn or read some posts before you spew out bullshit you’d realize you’re not advance for making anything in VB.NET. Currently the website is flooded with people that think it is somehow acceptable to make big programs in VB.NET and use it as a fluent language. VB.NET is a starting point which should be worked up to from to achieve more intelligence in the area of programming. With lots of backup from a few members this has also been proven. Nothing made in VB.NET is ever advance, no matter what the program may be. If you’re relating it to Maths then it’s not really the programming language. Maths is used in every programming language and there’s nothing unique about it, it’s not “VB.NET Maths” or whatever shit you would like to call it. The inevitable downfall of the forum is clear and due to the lack of help I’ve been getting to progress the website we’re not getting anywhere. Most of you members complain that the staff hardly anything to improve Leet Coders yet you’re the ones still posting poor quality threads and coding in VB.NET. It’s the community that attracts the types of members more than anything, even if we advertised on a mature website as soon as the people visit they’d see how mature Leet Coders really is and leave at first glance. Without the help of others there would be no point trying to improve the website, the same would happen even if AeonHack was still on Leet Coders. Another thing which has been pointed out is that most of the members cannot handle real critisicm towards work you have created, if someone uses a swear word to express their opinion about work somebody has created they immediatly take it as a personal attack on their character when clearly that’s not the case, if you can’t handle swear words in critisicm then you don’t know what real critisicm is, some of you members also need to look up trolling and find the real definition before accusing others of such a thing. I quote from Konr “I don’t pussyfoot around people because of their feelings”, if you can’t handle real opinionated critisicm then you need to get off the internet.

The arrogance some of the members have is amazing, you judge other people with no real knowledge about their intelligence or what they are capable of. A perfect example is saying that I’m jealous of AeonHack when you have no idea how intelligent I am. If I was jealous I’d rather compliment his work rather than point out how easy it is to make such things, two people pointing out how easy it is is enough to prove there’s no jealousy. I’m trying not to make this whole thing revolve around AeonHack but it’s pretty hard since most of you are crying because he left and then saying that he’s the reason why the site was good. Everyone that was on the website before AeonHack arrived will understand this.

I’d also like to say something about the staff, no offence directed at anyone in particular. (This excludes Farhan, Sp4wn and The_Best) A key part of a websites success is how professional people are and how the website is managed, setting an example is very important. If people don’t like your attitude or the way you act they will leave, some of you wonder why we have problems with the website and why it’s down at times when the reason is clear, you have let somebody on the server that doesn’t know what they’re doing. This leads back to professionality, for a successful website you need to hire people that actually know what they’re doing and not people that just seem intelligent. Hosting game servers and using bots/RAT’s on the VPS doesn’t help either, it can effect the server in several ways. I’d like to point out I’m not being bigheaded or saying I’m more intelligent than others, just that people should use common sense more often. If a 13 year old kid see’s the staff being immature then they’re going to join the website and make the whole community more immature by adding to it. Your actions and attitude attract members with negative or positive aspects. Now obviously this is opinion, you can be immature or mature but right at the start of this I stated this is what seperates a successful and unsuccessful website. Some of you need to be more active and others need to be removed from staff since there’s too many.

Anyway lets not end this in a grey area, it’s been fun hangin’ with you all on Leet Coders and the experience has been great. I have enjoyed watching LC develop since the very beginning and helping the community grow. I hope most of you get my message and feel the need to improve the website as I do. Steve, it’s been great working with you on LC, although I’ll still be talking to you on MSN as usual. Willox I hope you get the picture and keep learning and growing as everyone does, you’re great at scripting by the way. Farhan if you’re staying I hope you enjoy your time and progress at C++ as you said you will. The_Best keep improving bro’, you’re an intelligent person and you clearly know what you’re doing. Sp4wn I have no idea if you’re staying but I’ll talk to you on MSN anyways. I’ll be leaving the LeetCoders group chat eventually.
